Warehouse of Fixtures has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Rep. Part Time for our St. Louis location. If you have a passion for Customer Service, are an excellent communicator and creative thinker, we would love to hear from you!
Summary of Position:
- Answering multi-phone line system
- Handle complex and escalated customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Communication with customers by phone, via email or in person
- Work closely with Sales and Design Team to assure the accuracy of information for delivery or install.
- Solicits sale of new or additional services.
- Data Entry
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service.
- Exceptional people skills
- Strong Organization, Communication, Critical-Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong Quickbooks and Smartsheet knowledge (Smartsheet equivalent to Microsoft Excel)
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
